AA28, located at 28 Austin Avenue in Tsim Sha Tsui, is a story of timing, vision, and urban renewal. Once a long-vacant foreclosed property, its revival reflects both Hong Kong’s economic cycles and the resilience of its built environment. Initially listed in 2018 during a booming market, negotiations failed due to high reserve pricing. Years later, after the pandemic reshaped the commercial landscape, the building was sold at a lower auction price in 2023 - 2024, reconnecting us with a project that had once slipped away.
