We are currently delivering a new office renovation project in Central, Hong Kong, for 中証實業, a mainland Chinese enterprise establishing its first office in the city.
The project has been developed through a largely remote collaboration process, with our team coordinating closely with the client and their representatives across locations. From design development and material selection to site coordination and custom joinery, the process has required clear communication, fast decision-making and careful management of a relatively tight program.
The interior combines warm timber finishes, soft neutral tones, integrated display cabinetry and practical meeting and collaboration spaces, creating a workplace that feels professional, welcoming and closely aligned with the client’s identity.
As more mainland Chinese companies and entrepreneurs establish offices in Hong Kong, we see growing demand for local design and fit-out teams that can bridge different working styles, expectations and project processes. This project has been a meaningful challenge for us and an encouraging start in building this type of cross-border collaboration.
We are pleased to begin our working relationship with 中証實業 and look forward to sharing the completed project soon.
