The Grove Sandwiches project at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University marks a new milestone for Grove’s campus expansion strategy. The project involves the creation of a brand-new canteen and kitchen facility within a newly built campus zone, designed to serve students, faculty, and staff with a refreshed and youthful dining concept.

The site is currently undergoing structural development, and our team has commenced design planning, documentation, and tender preparation. The canteen will feature a comprehensive kitchen layout optimized for bakery, beverage, and hot meal preparation, supported by an open service counter and self-ordering system.
