Ronald is the Founder and Director of EnochDeco. Since establishing the company in 1999, he has led its evolution into a diversified design and build practice serving Hong Kong and the broader Asian market. With over two decades of experience in commercial interior design and project delivery, he has worked extensively across various sectors, including food and beverage, retail, institutional, and public sectors.

Ronald’s leadership philosophy emphasizes the integration of brand narrative, spatial performance, and human experience. He prioritizes clarity of intent, disciplined execution, and a pragmatic approach to building delivery and coordinating with stakeholders. Known for his forward-thinking strategy, he consistently drives innovation while maintaining rigorous standards and ensuring timely project performance.

Currently, Ronald is spearheading EnochDeco’s brand modernization, international market expansion, and digital content transformation — including the integration of AI-assisted design, immersive content, and modern communication workflows to elevate the firm’s creative and operational capabilities.
