COLLABORATION & CONSTRAINTS
Working within a newly completed property, the project faced unique conditions:
Incomplete supporting infrastructure during initial fit-out
Coordination with multiple parties, including the mall developer, FSD, HVAC, and MEP consultants
Compressed construction period requiring back-to-back trades
Regulatory pressure to secure licenses within a limited window
The team overcame these challenges through decisive planning, direct site supervision, and close communication with the mall authority.
