Aquilius Investment Partners Establishes Its First Dedicated Hong Kong Office

A New Chapter in Central Hong Kong

Enoch Deco is pleased to announce an upcoming office project for Aquilius Investment Partners, with fitting-out works expected to commence around November 2026 and targeted for completion by mid-January 2027.

This project is particularly meaningful as it will become Aquilius Investment Partners’ first dedicated office in Hong Kong. Until now, the company has been operating in Hong Kong through a more flexible business-centre arrangement. The new office therefore represents an important step in establishing a more permanent presence and a stronger corporate identity in the city.

The design direction takes reference from Aquilius’ Singapore headquarters, carrying forward the company’s established corporate image while adapting it to the character, scale and working culture of Hong Kong.

Rather than simply replicating an existing office concept, our objective is to create a workplace that feels consistent with the group’s international identity while responding naturally to its Hong Kong setting.

The interior combines a refined corporate palette with warm timber finishes, deep navy accents, clean architectural lines and contemporary workplace planning. Key spaces include a dedicated reception and logo wall, open workspace, boardroom, private and manager offices, meeting room, pantry and breakout areas.

Particular attention has also been given to circulation, privacy, acoustic separation and the integration of lighting, glazing and furniture, ensuring that the workplace is both professional and practical for day-to-day use.

For Enoch Deco, the project is also an opportunity to bring together the latest developments in design visualisation, spatial planning and technical coordination. From the early design stage, 3D visualisations have been used extensively to help the client understand the proposed spatial experience and design language before construction begins.

In the current business environment, opportunities to deliver a new international corporate office of this nature have become increasingly selective. We therefore value the opportunity to work closely with the Aquilius team and to deliver a workplace that reflects both their global outlook and their growing presence in Hong Kong.

With design development now well advanced, we look forward to moving into the construction stage and bringing the concept to life.

We hope to share the completed project with you again after handover in January 2027, together with a full set of finished project photographs and design details.
