This 3,000 sq.ft. office project involved the reconfiguration and upgrading of an existing standard office space for Global Medical Solutions, a medical services company. Following the removal of the previous tenant’s fit-out, the project focused on optimising spatial planning, upgrading building services, and redefining the overall workplace atmosphere to suit the client’s operational needs and corporate identity.
The entire project—including IT setup—was completed in approximately 30 days, demonstrating highly efficient, well-coordinated delivery.

CONCEPT & DESIGN INTENT
The primary objective was to deliver a professional, efficient, and brand-aligned office environment suitable for a medical services operation. The space needed to support day-to-day administration, meetings, and focused work while projecting a clean and trustworthy corporate image to visitors and clients.
SPATIAL STRATEGY / PLANNING LOGIC
The layout was reorganised to clearly define reception, meeting, executive, and open office areas. Circulation paths were streamlined to improve workflow efficiency, while glass partitions were introduced to maintain visual openness without compromising privacy. Functional zoning was prioritised to ensure operational clarity and ease of future use.

MATERIALITY & DETAILING
A restrained material palette was adopted, combining light wood textures, white surfaces, and neutral tones to create a calm, professional atmosphere.
Integrated lighting was used to enhance architectural lines and highlight key branding elements, reinforcing a contemporary and medical-grade corporate aesthetic.


PROJECT GOALS & OUTCOMES
The project was completed within approximately 30 days, including IT setup and commissioning. The result is a functional, well-organised, and visually coherent office that meets the client’s operational needs and branding expectations, demonstrating effective project management and the capability to deliver fast.
COLLABORATION & EXECUTION
Despite a compressed programme, extensive coordination was required for electrical systems, lighting, IT infrastructure, access control, and signage. Leveraging the existing base building condition allowed for faster execution, while careful sequencing ensured minimal rework and smooth system integration.
