The overall intent was to instill client confidence while providing employees with a functional and efficient environment.
SPATIAL STRATEGY / PLANNING LOGIC
The layout balanced client-facing zones and staff operational areas.
A formal reception lobby with illuminated signage established a strong first impression.
Executive boardroom and meeting rooms were positioned along the perimeter to maximize views of Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong skyline, offering prestige for client interactions.
Workstation zones utilized modular cubicles for efficiency and privacy, while glass-partitioned offices provided enclosed spaces for senior staff without sacrificing visual transparency.
Circulation was designed to allow discreet movement between public and private areas, ensuring both confidentiality and workflow efficiency.
