The renovation emphasized a refined corporate identity, featuring a restrained palette, clean architectural lines, and branding elements seamlessly integrated into the reception area. The overall intent was to instill client confidence while providing employees with a functional and efficient environment.

SPATIAL STRATEGY / PLANNING LOGIC

The layout balanced client-facing zones and staff operational areas.

  • A formal reception lobby with illuminated signage established a strong first impression.

  • Executive boardroom and meeting rooms were positioned along the perimeter to maximize views of Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong skyline, offering prestige for client interactions.

  • Workstation zones utilized modular cubicles for efficiency and privacy, while glass-partitioned offices provided enclosed spaces for senior staff without sacrificing visual transparency.

  • Circulation was designed to allow discreet movement between public and private areas, ensuring both confidentiality and workflow efficiency.
