Located directly beside LAB 10, this kiosk was designed as an extension of the main Korean BBQ restaurant's beverage offerings. JUICE LAB presents a playful yet systematic concept inspired by a laboratory setting — where colorful bottled drinks line up like experimental formulas.
The stainless-steel frame, glass shelving, and white tile backdrop highlight a clean, futuristic mood that echoes the LAB 10 identity.
The design connects both spaces into a unified visual story, drawing in young customers with its bright, transparent façade and photogenic display wall.

CONCEPT & DESIGN INTENT
JUICE LAB was conceived as an experimental beverage station, a natural extension of LAB 10’s futuristic dining identity. The idea was to create a laboratory-like kiosk where drinks appear as “formulas” displayed in clear glass bottles, suggesting freshness, transparency, and innovation.
SPATIAL STRATEGY
Given its compact footprint within the Langham Place circulation corridor, the layout emphasizes maximum visual exposure. The open counter and transparent façade invite interaction, while the backlit glass shelves act as both a branding and lighting element, visible from multiple directions.

MATERIALITY & DETAILING
The kiosk features chrome steel structures, backlit glass shelving, and white ceramic tiles, creating a clean, clinical, yet inviting environment.
The arrangement of colorful drinks in clear bottles adds vibrancy and rhythm—each shelf functioning as a visual display wall rather than just a storage space.

PROJECT GOALS & OUTCOMES
JUICE LAB was conceived as an experimental beverage station, a natural extension of LAB 10’s futuristic dining identity. The idea was to create a laboratory-like kiosk where drinks appear as “formulas” displayed in clear glass bottles, suggesting freshness, transparency, and innovation.
COLLABORATION & CONTINUITY
Designed and executed in tandem with LAB 10, the JUICE LAB kiosk demonstrates a cohesive design system across two connected outlets. The seamless material language and lighting consistency ensure that the kiosk functions not as a separate unit, but as a visual prelude to the main restaurant experience.
