In 2013, TCS Hong Kong CPA Limited established its 2,300 sq ft office in Central, which was completed within a short two-month construction period. Unlike the traditionally conservative design approach of CPA firms, this project introduced a bold and directional design strategy. A series of continuous, angular graphic elements were applied throughout the reception, open work areas, meeting rooms, and even the pantry—creating a visual language that connects the entire office.
The transparent glass partitions, accentuated with graphic lines and frosted patterns, enhance spatial openness while reinforcing the brand’s forward-looking identity. The reception area showcases a sharp, geometric ceiling treatment paired with an illuminated logo wall, offering a striking first impression. Meeting rooms are equipped with sleek wood-finish tables, glass partitions, and wall graphics referencing global financial hubs, establishing both functionality and an international perspective.
For a local CPA practice, this design represented a progressive departure from convention. It not only modernized the workplace but also signaled a breakthrough in the industry’s image—transforming a traditionally formal profession into one that embraces innovation and contemporary aesthetics.
