CONCEPT & DESIGN INTENT
The design reinterprets Walch’s brand evolution through spatial clarity and openness. Moving from Shatin to Tsim Sha Tsui, the company sought a more urban and energetic workspace that reflects both its maturity and adaptability. The new office embraces a contemporary tone — bright, approachable, and flexible — aligning with its growth trajectory in a competitive corporate landscape.
SPATIAL STRATEGY / PLANNING LOGIC
The 6,000 sqft layout is divided into two zones:
Executive Wing: A calm, private zone comprising individual director offices, a formal meeting area, and a lounge for visitors.
Open Workspace: A dynamic, collaborative area equipped with mobile workstations, focus pods, and team benches.
The zoning encourages both focused work and spontaneous collaboration, with natural light playing a central role across the layout.

MATERIALITY & DETAILING
A restrained palette of neutral tones and tactile surfaces defines the office’s modern aesthetic.
Exposed ceiling textures balance the sleek furniture detailing, while the combination of matte wood, structured metal, and fabric panels creates warmth and a sense of rhythm. The flooring transitions — from soft carpets to polished screed — subtly delineate functional areas without the need for walls.
PROJECT GOALS & OUTCOMES
The relocation aimed to consolidate the company’s teams in a more central, connected location while maintaining efficiency and brand alignment. The result is a cohesive workspace that supports both leadership presence and team flexibility, symbolizing Walch’s renewed corporate energy and confidence.
COLLABORATION & EXECUTION
This project continued the longstanding partnership between EnochDeco and Whealthfield. With open communication and mutual trust, both teams executed the transition within a tight two-month timeline. The collaborative spirit extended to every decision — from ergonomic furniture selection to lighting calibration — ensuring a workplace that strikes a balance between professionalism and a sense of belonging.
