Evergain Garments, a Hong Kong–based fashion and garment trading company, established its 3,000 sq ft. office in Shek Mun in 2008. As a buying office specializing in lingerie, the space was designed to support both sourcing operations with Mainland suppliers and international export activities.
The workplace needed to accommodate practical functions such as product presentations, client meetings, and photo shoots. A small in-house studio was integrated to facilitate lingerie photography and product documentation, ensuring the company could efficiently showcase new collections to buyers and partners.
The design direction strikes a balance between functionality and modern corporate aesthetics. Open-plan work areas were paired with enclosed meeting rooms and a reception area defined by clean, colorful accents. Industrial-style finishes—exposed ceiling elements, frosted glass partitions, and simple flooring—were softened with playful pops of lime green and bright red furniture, creating a lively yet professional atmosphere.
Overall, the office embodies a pragmatic, fashion-focused environment—streamlined for garment trading yet expressive of the brand’s vibrant identity.
