PROJECT GOALS & OUTCOMES
Delivered a landmark corporate building renovation within 8 months despite the project’s scale and distance from Hong Kong.
Integrated office, showroom, and executive areas with a consistent design language.
Upgraded both interior and exterior to reflect Swisscoat’s brand DNA of precision and innovation.
COLLABORATION & CONSTRAINTS
This project was uniquely challenging, as it required on-site coordination in Guangzhou, which is two to three hours away from Hong Kong. The scope included not only interiors but also façade redesign, landscaping, and parking areas, expanding beyond conventional office fit-outs. Completed, the project set a new benchmark for the team in terms of scale and cross-border execution.
